HABITAT

DIET
Speckled pigeons are herbivores that feeds on seeds, cultivated grains, and nuts. Their diet consists largely of wheat, maize and millet, often gathered in large numbers around farms and human habitations. They may occasionally small invertebrates.

BEHAVIOUR
Speckled pigeons are social birds, frequently nesting and feeding in large, noisy flocks near human habitation.
